The DC Metropolitan Area and Baltimore Area Intergroups Need YOU! Your help is needed to continue to bring the message to the addict that still suffers and fellow program friends in Recovery. Currently, service opportunities include:
- Beginning, editing, and writing for a local newsletter
- Organization of sober and safe fellowship activities
- Writing of Intergroup bylaws
- Planning and organizing future retreats/workshops
- Getting the message out to therapists/counselors in the area
- Telephone Line Response
- Email Coordinator and Reviewer
- Other activities not included here! (If you can think of it, bring the suggestion to the Intergroup and we'll see how we can support it!)
- Definitely creating flyers!
- Community Service Opportunities
- Meeting Service Opportunities (chair, treasurer, etc.)
